These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement with us, and these terms are part of that agreement. Orders are confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address. We reserve the right to decline orders due to incorrect information or technical issues. We do not enter agreements with minors without parental consent.
All prices are in NOK and include any VAT.
All products are customized to your specifications. Production begins after payment confirmation. We ship all packages via Posten Norge. Expected delivery time is stated in the order confirmation, but delays may occur. We will contact you in case of delays. The risk of transport transfers to the customer upon receipt of the goods.
The right to cancel does not apply according to Section 22 of the Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), as our products are customized and made to your specifications. Contact us if you have questions.
Claims are accepted only for documented production defects or transport damages. Contact us at kundeservice@signstore.no with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We may require the item to be returned for inspection. Upon approval, we offer repair, replacement, or refund. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
We handle your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Information such as name, address, and contact details is used solely for processing your order. Read more in our Privacy policy.
We aim to resolve any disagreements in cooperation with the customer. If no resolution is found, the case may be brought to the Consumer Council or Consumer Disputes Commission.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by unforeseen events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or war.
